As an Account Executive, you'll drive new customer acquisition in the UK market, managing full sales cycles from prospect to close. The role focuses on winning new business across diverse verticals, with the majority of opportunities coming inbound via the SDR team, allowing you to concentrate on deep discovery, solution positioning, and closing.
Key responsibilities include: pitching and demoing the platform to prospective clients; presenting to and negotiating with C-suite and senior HR executives; collaborating with SDRs to qualify and progress leads; maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce; hitting monthly revenue targets through consultative, value-based selling; and contributing to a high-performance sales culture.
You'll need 3–5 years of Account Executive experience in B2B SaaS with a proven track record of closing full sales cycles and meeting/exceeding targets in high-volume environments. Experience selling HR tech, payroll, time & attendance, LMS, or similar complex B2B SaaS solutions is highly desirable. You should excel at communicating with senior stakeholders, managing multi-stakeholder technical deals, and operating with focus, agility, and impact.
