Xplor Pay is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join its Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a commission-based role focused on selling payment processing solutions to local businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door and in-person visits to local businesses to present payment processing solutions
- Educate business owners on cost savings and transaction streamlining opportunities
- Close deals and generate activation bonuses and monthly commissions with long-term residual income
- Work independently with full company support and training
- Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
- Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical payment concepts into business value
- Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Self-sourcing capability with hunter mentality for lead generation
