Xplor Pay is seeking a motivated Account Executive for their Direct Sales team to drive growth in payment processing solutions. This is a field-based sales role focused on acquiring new merchant customers through door-to-door and local business outreach.
You will educate business owners on payment processing benefits, help them streamline transactions and reduce costs, and close deals to build a growing portfolio of accounts. The role emphasizes independence with full support: you'll receive sales training, mentorship, and weekly activation bonuses plus monthly residual commissions on active accounts. Top performers earn $100K+ annually through uncapped commission and residual income streams.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
- Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical payment concepts into business value
- Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Self-sourcing lead generation capability: prospecting, cold-calling, networking with hunter mentality

- Legal authorization to work in the United States
