Salary: EUR 57,500 - 57,500 / annual
Klaviyo is seeking an Account Executive for the Commercial segment based in Dublin to drive new business across EMEA. You will own the full sales cycle from qualification through demo and close, managing dozens of prospects simultaneously while maintaining a high close rate (70%+) and accurate forecasting.
In this role, you'll build Klaviyo's client base by targeting founders, business owners, and marketing personas in the ecommerce and retail space. You'll actively manage your pipeline, develop long-term territory strategy, and support peer Account Executives as you grow. The position requires fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) to engage with French-speaking prospects and partners.
You bring a minimum of 1 year of net-new revenue quota experience selling MarTech SaaS solutions, with a track record of consistent overachievement. You're comfortable in high-velocity, high-volume sales environments with multiple stakeholders and excel at outbound prospecting with creative strategies. You thrive on exceeding goals, embrace failure as a learning opportunity, and demonstrate a strong growth mindset. You're an encouraging team player who builds relationships through influence and engagement.
The role is hybrid based in Dublin with up to 10% travel for onboarding, client work, team meetings, and industry events. Compensation includes base salary, annual cash bonus, variable compensation (OTE), equity, and comprehensive benefits.
