As Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, building and maintaining a healthy pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts. You'll contribute to developing the sales playbook, working closely with founders to refine go-to-market strategy based on market feedback and customer insights. The role involves documenting customer requirements, competitive intelligence, and objections to continuously improve the sales process. You'll be a key culture builder as the company scales, collaborating across product, engineering, and leadership teams.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record exceeding targets in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, particularly with technical products or AI/ML solutions. You excel in high-growth environments, can quickly grasp complex technical concepts, and articulate value propositions to both technical and business stakeholders. You're a self-starter with execution focus, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers. Experience selling AI/ML or document processing solutions, an existing network of enterprise relationships, and familiarity with selling to both technical and business buyers are strong advantages.
