Healthtech-1 is building the front door of UK healthcare, creating a future where NHS appointments are transparent and instantly bookable. The company operates from within a working GP practice in East London and is backed by Y Combinator, Innovate UK, and the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme. Today, 26% of GP practices in England use their patient registration software, and one in five GP practices in London use Bookable. As an Account Executive, you will drive full-cycle sales from lead generation to closing and onboarding GP practices. You'll own a geographic patch and work in pairs with another team member to encourage peer learning and healthy team culture. Key responsibilities include: **Convert New Practices:** Own a geographical patch and achieve at least 10 live practices per week. Hone your craft to achieve a 70% demo-to-sign rate and 90% sign-to-live rate. Represent Healthtech-1's voice with pride and care in every practice interaction. **Generate Leads:** Create and implement high-impact lead generation strategies including cold calling, email campaigns, events, field sales, and referrals. Generate high-quality leads using storytelling, data, and research. Fill your personal calendar with demos. **Improve Team Performance:** Improve team processes weekly. Bring constructive feedback in a collaborative way. Help the team aim for a stretch target of 15 practices live per person per week. Delight practices in every interaction regardless of outcome. You will fully own your live practices target, the quality and effectiveness of your outbound campaigns, and the go-to-market strategy for your geographic patch. You'll co-own lead list enrichment and CRM maintenance. You'll influence (but not own) inbound campaigns and product direction through customer feedback. The 30/60-day plan includes: learning practice personas and NHS systems; spending time as a GP practice receptionist; watching and delivering demos; and achieving 10 practices live by day 30 and 20 practices live per month by day 60. The company offers 4 days in office and 1 day work-from-home, with homemade breakfast and lunch provided daily in the office. The team is collaborative, works in 8-week growth cycles, and prioritizes in-person communication.
