Dashlane is a credential security platform trusted by millions of consumers and over 25,000 brands worldwide, including Michelin, Air France, and Forrester. The company has grown to over 300 employees globally with offices in Paris, New York, and Lisbon.
As an Account Executive, you will be a key member of the sales team driving Dashlane's expansion from password manager to the credential security layer for the modern enterprise. This is a full-cycle sales role designed for a top-performing individual contributor with a track record of success in the commercial or mid-market space, ready to own larger, more complex deals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generate at least 40% of your pipeline through self-directed outbound prospecting of decision-makers
- Map buying organizations, multi-thread across stakeholders, and build consensus to move deals forward as you transition into larger deal sizes
- Consistently execute full-cycle sales processes, creating urgency that shortens sales cycles
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, clear opportunity staging, and accurate forecasts
- Build productive relationships with channel partners to expand deal reach and velocity
- Partner with SDRs and internal teams to capture pipeline across inbound, outbound, channel, and SDR streams
- Master Dashlane's value proposition and the cybersecurity stack, with a focus on credential management
- Represent Dashlane at industry and channel events
You will work alongside SDRs, channel partners, solutions engineers, and fellow account executives. As a trusted voice on the product and broader cybersecurity stack, you will earn credibility with CISOs and IT leaders and help shape how the sales team wins. The role is based in New York with travel to industry and channel events. Dashlane operates on a hybrid model with in-office collaboration on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with flexibility on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales
- Proven track record of quota overachievement and strong performance as an individual contributor
- Proven ability to proactively prospect, open doors, and self-source pipeline without relying solely on inbound leads
- Experience leveraging channel partners and SDR teams to expand deal reach and pipeline velocity
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience or exposure closing complex, multi-stakeholder mid-market deals or enterprise opportunities
- Methodical approach to pipeline management with a history of clean opportunity staging and accurate forecasting
- Eager to leverage and integrate modern AI tools and sales engagement technology into daily workflows
- Familiarity with credential management, identity/IAM, or the enterprise cybersecurity stack
- Creative, persistent approach to prospecting and engaging senior IT and security leaders
- Collaborative approach with a drive to share best practices and elevate team performance
