Aspire is a Series C fintech company building a financial operating system for global founders and growth-stage businesses. The platform consolidates banking, software, and automation to help companies manage finances across borders. This role is the founding commercial presence for Aspire's cash management segment in APAC, a new frontier beyond payments and expense management.
You will pioneer new-logo acquisition for mid-market accounts across high-growth companies in Singapore and APAC. This is not a defined playbook—you will write it from scratch, working at the intersection of sales and product. Your responsibilities include defining the ideal customer profile, designing the sales motion, and crafting the commercial narrative for cash management solutions.
You will conduct deep discovery into treasury and cash management pain points including multi-entity structures, cross-border liquidity, collections infrastructure, FX exposure, and fragmented banking relationships. You'll position Aspire as a modern alternative to incumbent banks, building multi-threaded relationships across CFOs, Finance Directors, and Treasury Managers who are accustomed to institutional-grade solutions.
Partner directly with the Product team to feed market requirements into the cash management roadmap—you are a co-builder, not just a seller. You'll serve as the internal authority on transaction banking, educating GTM, marketing, and leadership on how this segment buys, what it values, and how Aspire should be positioned.
Required: 7+ years in transaction banking, cash management, or corporate banking, ideally from tier-1 institutions (DBS, OCBC, HSBC, or equivalent). Demonstrated track record acquiring and growing corporate relationships across cash management, payments, and liquidity products. Deep fluency in transaction banking products: multi-currency accounts, collections, payables, liquidity management, FX, and corporate payment infrastructure. Comfort selling to C-suite finance stakeholders in consultative, solutions-led motions. Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes with long sales cycles.
You are a self-starter who builds structure in ambiguity and defines playbooks. You're energized by landing high-growth accounts and understand the compounding value of strong logos. You're convinced that the future of growth-stage finance is consolidated and automated.
