Salary: USD 140,000 - 183,750 / annual
Snowflake is seeking an Account Engineer to join the Enterprise Growth team and help customers unlock the potential of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. In this role, you will deliver technical expertise and build relationships with prospects and customers as they explore Snowflake's platform.
You will support customer engagements by presenting Snowflake's technology and vision to diverse audiences, from technical contributors to business leaders. You'll collaborate with customers to plan and execute technical evaluations and proof-of-concept demonstrations, working alongside senior team members to tailor solutions to customer needs and communicate business value effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in presenting Snowflake technology and vision to technical and business audiences
- Collaborating on technical evaluations and proof-of-concept demonstrations
- Partnering with customers and technical champions to foster trust and build long-term relationships
- Gaining hands-on experience through tailored demos, labs, and learning resources
- Working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and partner ecosystem to ensure customers realize value
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies

REQUIREMENTS:
- Some experience in a technical role (solution engineering, solutions architecture, or software development), preferably in SaaS, data analytics, or cloud technology
- Passion for solving problems and eagerness to grow technical and business skills
- Basic familiarity with SQL and/or Python, or strong willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both written and verbal
- Desire to understand customer challenges and deliver meaningful solutions
- Collaborative approach to working with peers, partners, and customers
- Located on the West Coast
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with modern data technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric, BigQuery, CI/CD tooling, Spark, containers, DevOps tools, orchestration tools, Git)
- Understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services
- Familiarity with data science, machine learning workflows, or governance tools
