Salary: USD 160,000 - 210,000 / annual
Via Transportation is seeking an Account Director for Partner Success to lead strategic relationships with transportation partners across the Central US region. This is a quota-carrying role where you'll serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for Via's key partners, driving long-term revenue growth and service expansion.
Key responsibilities include: developing strategic visions for partners by assessing their operational and market strengths; building deep, trusting relationships by identifying pain points and growth opportunities; analyzing service performance data to provide actionable recommendations for quality, efficiency, and revenue improvement; negotiating contract renewals and service expansions; and building data-driven business cases demonstrating Via's value proposition across different transit verticals. You'll also serve as an internal advocate, championing new products and capabilities that enable partner growth.
You'll work with public sector and private transportation operators, helping them develop regional transit plans and navigate funding mechanisms. The role requires 10+ years of client-facing experience in sales, business development, consulting, or similar fields, with preference for public sector background. You should be a relationship builder with strong communication skills, quantitative acumen, and commercial intuition. You'll need to be a self-starter comfortable in fast-paced environments, a team player who mentors others, and willing to travel 25-50% as needed.
