Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America by combining AI, advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing to help aerospace and defense companies build mission-critical systems up to 10x faster and at significantly lower cost. The company recently closed a $1.37B Series D at a $7.87B valuation and is rapidly expanding manufacturing capabilities across welding, casting, forging, electronics, and additive manufacturing while scaling its Factory-as-a-Service platform.
This Account Director role reports to the Director of Sales and is a senior strategic enterprise sales position focused on building strong, value-driven relationships with market leaders in the aerospace and defense sector. The successful candidate will develop value-based relationships with customer executives, build and execute co-developed strategic growth plans, and work cross-functionally with internal teams and customer stakeholders to deliver against those plans.
Hadrian has strong access to stakeholders at Space and Defense primes with a clear path to turn proof-of-concept manufacturing at the business-unit level into transformation programs at the corporate executive level. The role involves starting with executives who champion strategic supply-chain change, then working throughout the organization to define value, co-develop strategic growth plans, and execute. Success depends on the ability to drive multi-year engagements with customers, starting with one division and expanding across the entire company.
Key opportunities include access to greenfield customers currently spending $100M–$3B annually at existing vendors, the ability to sell two "products" with fundamental speed and cost advantages, strong brand awareness and market momentum, and an energized, team-oriented company culture with equity incentives.
