Salary: USD 70,000 - 75,000 / annual
INNBeauty Project is a female-founded, vegan, cruelty-free skincare brand available exclusively at Sephora and direct-to-consumer. The company is seeking an Account Coordinator to manage and nurture Sephora partnerships in the Washington, DC territory, overseeing 15–20 doors with combined annual volume of $600,000–$1,000,000.
In this full-time role, you will drive store sales to meet personal and territory targets, educate Sephora store teams on INNBeauty products and brand story, and plan/execute in-store trainings and special events supporting brand launches. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with store-level personnel, manage inventory in accordance with Sephora's operational procedures, identify merchandising and assortment opportunities, and manage expense budgets with timely reporting. You'll strategically build a store visit and events calendar via Sephora's booking system, review weekly sales reports to ensure targets are met, hire and maintain a productive freelance team, and submit weekly recaps and operational reporting as needed.
This position requires work on weekends, evenings, and some holidays, and may require domestic travel. You will work independently with integrity in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong negotiation skills, mentoring ability, and results-oriented leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in prestige beauty and/or retail sales environment (preferably Sephora)
- Valid state driver's license, good driving record, and required auto insurance policy
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and professional email etiquette
- Ability to work independently with integrity in a fast-paced environment
- Charismatic with strong negotiation skills
- Results-oriented with demonstrated leadership abilities
