Innovaccer is seeking a Manager of Business Analytics to lead analytics and reporting initiatives for healthcare customers. This role combines advanced SQL, Tableau, and healthcare data expertise with hands-on problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and process automation to deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor analytics team members while syncing with Pharmacy Customer Success teams to understand reporting priorities and upcoming requests
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Tableau dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and currency between Tableau and the underlying data warehouse
- Use SQL and Python to investigate and resolve complex data problems, from data quality issues to reporting discrepancies
- Design dashboards and reports with strong storytelling—selecting visualizations and layouts that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
- Support data warehouse operations in Informatica and Databricks to maintain smooth reporting pipelines
- Partner closely with Customer Success teams to translate business questions into decision-ready reporting
- Handle L2-level debugging on P1 issues before escalating to product and infrastructure teams
- Identify and drive automation opportunities to reduce manual effort in existing products and processes
- Manage incident, transition, and problem management processes
- Own customer issue resolution through daily/weekly meetings and Jira ticket management, ensuring SLA compliance
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau
- Advanced SQL skills with ability to write and optimize complex queries
- Strong data analytics capabilities to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience with financial reporting
- Working knowledge of healthcare data (claims, EHR, pharmacy, or related domains)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience managing or mentoring a team (preferred)
- Familiarity with scheduling jobs, scripts, and version control
