Innovaccer is seeking a Product Manager to drive health-tech product innovation across discovery, requirements gathering, design, development, and operations. You will work within an entrepreneurial, cross-functional team supporting customers on the Innovaccer health cloud platform, solving critical healthcare business problems.
Key responsibilities include strategic product planning—defining complex products, aligning with marketing and business teams on go-to-market strategies, and incorporating market and customer insights. You will develop technical depth, establish proxy metrics in data-light scenarios, guide data-driven decision-making, and conduct large-scale research for product launches. Your role requires balancing customer needs with business priorities while advocating for customer-centric thinking.
Stakeholder collaboration is central: you will innovate on behalf of customers, maintain strong relationships with customer executives, manage execution deadlines for complex projects, and communicate product vision clearly to diverse stakeholders. You will influence product leadership, customer success, marketing, and technology teams while driving consensus among customers and internal cross-functional groups.
The role offers significant variety—you will move across different customers and problems, gaining deep insights into the complex healthcare industry and driving high-impact solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will evolve month-to-month, providing rapid learning opportunities in US Healthcare landscape and trends.
Required qualifications: 2+ years of product management experience with demonstrated expertise in product vision, strategy development, data-influenced planning and prioritization. Top-tier MBA (India or international) required; bachelor's degree in a technical field is a plus. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer or B2B2C products. Strong understanding of US Healthcare landscape is a bonus. Excellent leadership and communication skills essential.
