Vensure Employer Solutions, the largest privately held HR technology and services organization, is seeking a PEO Implementation Consultant to lead client onboarding and implementation. The company serves over 95,000 businesses and processes $135B in annual payroll.
In this role, you will be the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for new PEO clients during their implementation phase. You will oversee the full client implementation process, understanding their unique requirements and configuring PEO solutions to meet their needs. Key responsibilities include:
• Leading seamless transitions for new PEO clients into Vensure's services
• Serving as the primary client contact during implementation, addressing concerns and providing expert guidance on system configuration and best practices
• Providing comprehensive training to clients on PEO system usage to ensure smooth adoption
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and process-related issues during implementation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll
• Acting as a subject matter expert on industry trends, workflows, complex client situations, and benefit regulations
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and efficiency gains in benefit implementations
• Contributing to the enhancement of implementation methodologies, tools, and templates
You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure. You must remain calm in escalated situations while maintaining professional communications.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent (including relevant certifications or job training programs)
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, specifically PrismHR
• Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in implementation, payroll, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations pertaining to benefit administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Industry certifications beneficial but not required (FPC, CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP, etc.)
