Vensure Employer Solutions, the largest privately held HR technology and services organization, is seeking a PEO Implementation Consultant to lead client implementations and serve as a subject matter expert in HR/payroll solutions. The company serves over 95,000 businesses and processes $135B in annual payroll.
In this role, you will oversee the complete implementation process for new PEO clients, ensuring seamless transitions to Vensure's services. You will serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, understanding client requirements and configuring PEO solutions to meet their specific needs. Key responsibilities include:
• Leading full client implementations and managing the transition to Vensure services
• Serving as primary client contact, addressing concerns and providing expert guidance on system configuration and best practices
• Providing comprehensive training to clients on PEO system usage and ensuring smooth user adoption
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and process-related issues during implementation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll
• Acting as a subject matter expert on industry trends, workflows, processes, and benefit regulations
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
• Managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Contributing to enhancement of implementation methodologies, tools, and templates
You will work in an office environment, frequently sitting at a desk while operating computers and office equipment. The role requires constant communication with team members and clients, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education, certifications, or job training
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in implementation, payroll, or related field
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, specifically PrismHR
• Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proven track record of managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations pertaining to benefit administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to analyze complex situations
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize to meet changing business objectives
• Industry certification beneficial but not required (FPC, CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP, etc.)
