As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the company's financial strategy and operations during a period of rapid growth. This is a critical C-suite role that will shape the financial trajectory of an innovative clean technology company operating in the mining and metals sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving financial performance and establishing financial strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Securing capital and managing investor relations during scaling phases
- Navigating the complexities and regulatory requirements of the clean technology and mining industries
- Working closely with executive leadership, investors, and stakeholders to ensure long-term financial stability and scalability
- Fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence within the finance function
- Managing financial operations, reporting, and controls as the company scales
