You will lead the Enterprise sales business for the Delhi/Bangalore and Western zones, driving new client acquisition and revenue growth. This is a hands-on manager role where you own the complete enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and account mapping through CXO conversations, solution positioning, negotiations, and closure. You will be individually responsible for closing deals while building and coaching a high-performing hunting team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the zonal enterprise business with focus on new client acquisition and revenue growth
- Driving the complete enterprise sales cycle individually and with your team
- Owning zonal revenue targets, sales pipeline, business planning, and key operating metrics
- Coaching and mentoring the hunting team on prospecting, account penetration, consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiations
- Building and maintaining relationships with CXO and senior stakeholders across large enterprise accounts
- Identifying high-potential industries, accounts, and whitespace opportunities to build a healthy pipeline
- Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to strengthen enterprise value proposition
- Representing Apna at industry forums, CXO interactions, and networking events
- Operating with high ownership and agility in a fast-growing, execution-intensive environment
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, SaaS Sales, Staffing, HRTech, or related B2B businesses
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise hunting and new client acquisition with track record of building and converting new business pipelines
- Strong people leadership experience with ownership of revenue targets, business planning, sales strategy, and operating metrics
- Ability to independently manage CXO-level conversations and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
- Experience managing large enterprise accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-led selling in B2B/enterprise environments
- Prior experience in high-growth and execution-intensive environments preferred
- Strong stability, ownership mindset, and ability to operate effectively in ambiguity
- Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with ability to use sales metrics and market insights to drive decisions
- Industry background preferred: HRTech, Staffing, SaaS, Employability, Recruitment, Marketplace, or adjacent industries
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
