Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services work. As Workplace Project Manager, you will own the delivery of workplace projects and programs globally, turning Harvey's workplace standards into executed reality. You will manage two primary areas: **Global Special Projects:** Lead cross-functional programs including health & safety initiatives, global design standards, emergency response planning, Workplace Violence Prevention Plans (WVPPs), and sustainability programming across Harvey's office portfolio. Partner with Security, HR, Legal, and regional leads to build and roll out emergency response plans and WVPPs that meet local regulatory requirements while maintaining global consistency. Maintain and evolve global design standards (furniture, finishes, signage) as Harvey scales into new markets. Drive sustainability initiatives—vendor selection, energy and waste programs—and track progress against goals. Own the global rollout of workplace tooling and software (desk booking, occupancy, ticketing platforms), including stakeholder training and adoption. Manage global and national vendor contracts (F&B, janitorial, plants) for procurement, negotiation, and master vendor relationships. **Global Playbook & Portfolio Management:** Build and maintain the FDOB (Facilities, Design, Operations, Budget) checklist and playbook for satellite moves, expansions, and new-office openings. Own the portfolio-level calendar tracking expansions and new offices across the organization to sequence and resource projects appropriately. Step in to lead moves, openings, or buildouts directly where regions lack established workplace managers or bandwidth—this share of the role will shrink as regional coverage matures. Coordinate with IT, Security, and AV to keep day-one readiness standards current in the playbook. **Program Management:** Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets across global programs; track milestones, dependencies, and risks; communicate status clearly to stakeholders and leadership. Maintain portfolio-level visibility across all in-flight and planned moves, openings, and buildouts, flagging sequencing and resourcing risks. Manage vendor relationships tied to global contracts and programs. Report to the Global Workplace Operations Manager. This is a hands-on delivery role where you own scope, schedule, and budget for each project or program from kickoff to close. You will be based in Boston with willingness to travel to other sites as projects require. **Requirements:** - 5+ years in workplace operations, program management, or project management - Experience leading cross-functional programs such as health & safety, emergency preparedness, sustainability, or systems/tooling rollouts - Strong program design and playbook-building instincts; preference for building systems others execute against rather than running every project personally - Experience managing vendor and procurement relationships at national or global scale - Strong command of project management fundamentals: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication - Experience partnering with construction, real estate, or facilities teams on office moves or buildouts - Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to keep complex, fast-moving programs on track - Comfort with ambiguity and hands-on, get-it-done approach - Based in Boston area and able to work on-site at NYC office, with willingness to travel **Nice to Have:** - Experience building or administering H&S programs, emergency response plans, or WVPPs - Experience with sustainability program design or reporting - Familiarity with project/workplace tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Envoy, OfficeSpace) - Experience building playbooks or programs that scale across distributed, multi-region teams
