Spring Health is seeking a licensed mental health professional to serve as a Workplace Mental Health Consultant at a major media and entertainment company in Orlando, Florida. This hybrid role involves 3 days onsite (9am-5pm ET) and 2 days (8am-4pm ET) per week, providing comprehensive mental health support to employees. Key responsibilities include delivering individual therapy to employees both onsite and virtually; conducting management consultations to enhance workplace effectiveness; developing and delivering company-tailored training and benefit promotion events; and providing critical incident response and crisis management support. You will build strong relationships with HR leaders and managers, execute localized action plans, and serve as a trusted resource for workplace mental health strategy. You will assess employee mental health needs, provide appropriate referrals within the customer's benefit ecosystem, complete thorough documentation, and identify strategic workplace wellbeing insights to recommend targeted interventions. The role requires managing both individual crises and organizational mental health challenges, with support from Spring Health's clinical leadership team. The company combines self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care with validated clinical outcomes. All team members are expected to use AI thoughtfully while maintaining human judgment and clinical excellence. This position reports to the Spring Health Clinical Manager and requires an unrestricted Florida psychotherapy license (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent), minimum 3 years post-graduate experience with at least 1 year as an independently licensed clinician, and fluency in Spanish and English. You must be comfortable with telehealth technology, experienced in evidence-based short-term and solution-focused therapy modalities, and skilled in safety planning and crisis intervention.
