Allara is a comprehensive women's health platform serving over 60,000 patients nationwide, specializing in hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive care for conditions like PCOS, insulin resistance, and perimenopause. The company connects patients with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver longitudinal, evidence-based support. As a Telehealth Registered Dietitian, you will deliver virtual nutrition care to women with complex health conditions. Your responsibilities include analyzing patient intake assessments (medical history, dietary habits, lab results), conducting diet and lifestyle counseling via video, and providing guidance on movement, sleep, and stress management as it relates to nutrition. You will use Allara's clinical training materials while adapting care to individual patient needs, employing motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques. You'll collaborate with APRNs and MDs on the care team, maintain accurate patient records, handle charting, respond to patient inquiries, and manage administrative tasks. Required qualifications include current Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), an active unrestricted professional license in at least one U.S. state, and proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment. One year of experience treating patients with complex women's health conditions is strongly desired. You must demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication, natural ability to build trust in virtual settings, commitment to evidence-based practice, and technical proficiency with EMR systems, Zoom, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools. Prior telehealth experience is a plus. Allara offers a fully remote position with flexible scheduling within full-time requirements. Compensation includes a base salary of $65,000 with the ability to increase up to $105,000 through incentive compensation. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), annual vacation and sick days, comprehensive malpractice insurance at no cost, and an annual CEU/professional development stipend. The company provides access to free monthly CEU sessions and a Women's Health Certificate of Training launching in 2027.
