Allara is a comprehensive women's health platform serving over 60,000 patients nationwide, specializing in longitudinal care for hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive conditions including PCOS, insulin resistance, and perimenopause. The company connects patients with multidisciplinary care teams and is one of the fastest-growing women's health platforms in the U.S. As a Telehealth Registered Dietitian, you will deliver virtual nutrition care to women with complex health conditions. Your responsibilities include analyzing patient intake assessments (medical history, dietary habits, lab results), conducting diet and lifestyle counseling via video, and providing guidance on movement, sleep, and stress management as it relates to nutrition. You will employ Allara's evidence-based training materials while adapting to individual patient needs, using motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques. You'll collaborate with APRNs and MDs on the medical team, maintain accurate patient records, handle charting and patient inquiries, and manage administrative tasks. Required qualifications include current Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), an active unrestricted professional license in at least one U.S. state, and proven ability to function autonomously with strong diagnostic judgment. One year of experience treating patients with complex women's health conditions is strongly desired. You must demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication, strong "webside manner" for building trust in virtual settings, commitment to evidence-based practice, and technical proficiency with EMR systems, Zoom, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools. Prior telehealth experience is a plus. Allara offers a fully remote position with flexible scheduling within full-time requirements. Compensation includes a base salary of $65,000 with the ability to earn up to $105,000 through incentive compensation. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), annual vacation and sick days, and a CEU/professional development stipend. The company provides comprehensive malpractice insurance at no cost, free monthly live CEU sessions, and access to a Women's Health Certificate of Training launching in 2027. You'll join a mission-driven, collaborative provider network of skilled clinicians committed to transforming care for historically underdiagnosed and undertreated women's health conditions.
