ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space, operating the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. As Workplace Manager at ICEYE Germany's Berlin headquarters, you will serve as mission control for daily operations and the first friendly face at the front desk, reporting directly to the CEO of ICEYE Germany.
This dual-impact role combines reception and office operations management with strategic workplace development. You will welcome guests, partners, and candidates as the primary point of contact, manage visitor logs, and issue access badges. You'll oversee the daily office environment to ensure it remains comfortable, safe, and productive—proactively monitoring and replenishing supplies, equipment, and snacks.
Key responsibilities include planning and organizing internal company events, all-hands meetings, and guest visits; preparing conference rooms with AV and catering; and negotiating cost-effective terms with external suppliers. You will identify and implement workplace improvements in collaboration with the local HR Generalist, taking full ownership of solutions that enhance employee satisfaction and office efficiency.
Additional duties encompass receiving, documenting, and distributing physical mail and packages; managing digital mail workflows; liaising with vendors and external service providers; processing invoices for goods and workplace services with meticulous attention to detail; and preparing regular reports on office usage, supply metrics, and workplace projects.
As ICEYE continues to grow, your scope will expand to oversee and support Munich operations, making you a key catalyst in scaling the workplace experience across Germany. You will work 5 days per week on-site from the Berlin office.

- Full commitment to 5 days per week on-site work from Berlin office
