Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced AI and autonomy, seeks a Workplace Manager to join the Workplace Operations team in Huntsville, AL. Reporting to the Director of Facilities, you will oversee day-to-day general office operations and manage the operational aspects of the work environment to ensure efficiency, productivity, and a positive employee experience.
You will be responsible for supporting Anduril's facilities in Huntsville, focusing on internal office operations that contribute to overall organizational success. Your responsibilities will span vendor management, floor planning, facility management, and employee population support. No two days will look alike—you'll handle diverse duties with high execution standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day general office operations and coordinating logistics across Production, R&D, Business Development, IT, and senior leadership in the Southeast region
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address office-related concerns and implement solutions that foster a positive, productive work environment
- Owning seating arrangements, space utilization, and onboarding logistics for new hires, ensuring alignment with current and future headcount needs
- Managing all office maintenance and repair requests to ensure swift resolution
- Managing vendor relationships for office-related services (cleaning, maintenance support, etc.)
- Planning, managing, and delivering workplace-related projects aligned with scope, budget, and timelines
- Coordinating internal team events and external client events for seamless execution and engagement
- Monitoring and managing office supplies and equipment to maintain optimal stock levels
- Developing and delivering clear communication to employees about workplace updates, changes, and improvements
You will play a pivotal role in creating an efficient, productive, and employee-friendly work environment. The role involves up to 25% travel to US offices.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to 100% compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Experience in multi-site management

- Must be authorized to work in the United States
