Salary: USD 77,000 - 101,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion, is seeking a Workplace Manager to join the Workplace Operations team in McHenry, Mississippi. Reporting to the Director of Facilities, you will oversee day-to-day general office operations across the Southeast region, with primary responsibility for the McHenry facility and remote support for offices in Huntsville, AL and West Lafayette, IN.
You will manage a diverse range of operational functions including vendor relationships for cleaning, maintenance, and office services; coordinate logistics and support across Production, R&D, Business Development, IT, and senior leadership teams; own seating arrangements and space utilization planning aligned with headcount forecasts; manage all office maintenance and repair requests; and oversee onboarding logistics for new hires. Additional responsibilities include planning and executing workplace-related projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints; coordinating internal team events and external client events; monitoring office supplies and equipment inventory; and communicating workplace updates and improvements to employees.
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and time management skills, operational expertise combined with strategic thinking, and proven ability to solve complex workplace challenges. You should have experience using data and analytics to inform decisions, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated success in multi-site management. The role requires high ownership, low ego, strong outcome orientation, and ability to work independently with ambiguity and minimal oversight. You must have strong attention to detail, commitment to 100% compliance with company and regulatory requirements, and willingness to travel up to 25% to US offices. Prior experience at a fast-paced tech company and background managing day-to-day operations and projects are preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
