Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products for enterprise customers including Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. As a Project Operations Manager, you will drive the execution and delivery of complex, global in-store payment system rollouts and platform implementations.
You will manage the complete project lifecycle for customers deploying Adyen's solutions, including in-store payment systems, Adyen for Platforms (enabling merchants to process both online and in-store payments), and banking platform implementations for card issuing and financial services. Your role bridges technical and operational domains, requiring expertise in systems integration and project management.
Key responsibilities include: managing project lifecycles from initiation through completion; collaborating with customers' technical teams and third-party integration partners to ensure smooth rollouts; building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders; providing product guidance and solution recommendations aligned with customer business needs; establishing scalable "business as usual" and support processes post-launch; and contributing to internal process improvement initiatives.
You will interact with diverse stakeholders across technical, operational, and strategic levels, ranging from high-level strategic discussions to detailed configuration verification. The role is hands-on, varied, and requires strong communication and coordination skills in a fast-paced, global environment.
Required qualifications: 4+ years managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects (technical background preferred); proven customer-facing experience with ability to lead high-level conversations and influence decisions; excellent project management skills with ability to lead detailed, time-sensitive initiatives with minimal supervision; ability to work seamlessly with global teams across time zones; fluency in English and French (business proficiency required).
