Bobyard uses AI to help contractors move from construction plans to competitive bids in minutes instead of weeks. The company is Series A-backed ($35M) and already has customers running real jobs on the platform. As Implementation Specialist, you'll own the day-to-day work of bringing new mid-market customers live and trained on Bobyard. The role exists because launch quality needs to scale beyond ad hoc effort—you'll build a repeatable motion that works at volume. Key responsibilities include running kickoff calls and configuring new accounts so they're ready within days of signature; delivering hands-on training to real crews (estimators, project managers, field staff) so they actually use Bobyard on live jobs; managing a high-volume portfolio of concurrent launches without dropping details; running repeatable training sessions and office hours, refining curriculum based on what lands with users; flagging accounts that are stalling before they go dark; documenting account context thoroughly so Customer Success can pick up cold; and feeding specific product and training feedback back to Product and Customer Success teams. You'll succeed when customers' teams are actively using Bobyard on real work, and when you can deliver that outcome across your full book of accounts every month. Required: 2+ years in customer-facing SaaS (onboarding, implementation, training, or customer success); comfort running live training for non-technical or field-based users; ability to juggle a high-volume portfolio without losing the thread; clear, concrete written communication; hands-on software configuration skills; genuine interest in construction, trades, or real-world industries. SaaS background not required if you bring construction or trades experience instead. Nice to have: vertical SaaS or construction tech experience; familiarity with CRM or onboarding tools (Salesforce, Asana, Notion); prior construction, estimating, or trades background; bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages useful with field crews). Role is based on-site in San Francisco at 101 2nd Street.
