The company sells directly to consumers to reduce costs and improve affordability.
The Workplace Experience Manager will own the complete workplace experience across Fuse, stepping up from a traditional office manager role into a broader operational leadership position. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where you'll drive both day-to-day operations and strategic workplace improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and continuously optimizing the workplace environment to maximize employee productivity and performance
- Owning day-to-day operations to deliver a safe, efficient, and high-performing workplace
- Leading relationships with landlords, building management, and key suppliers to maintain exceptional standards
- Managing workplace services including connectivity, F&B, office technology, and employee health initiatives (e.g., flu vaccinations)
- Continuously improving workplace processes and implementing innovative solutions
- Embedding a culture of workplace excellence across the organization
- Providing critical operational support across the business, coordinating meetings, travel, and internal events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office or workplace manager, with readiness to take on a larger remit
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with suppliers and building management
- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
