In this role, you will build the operating model, partner agreements, and documentation that ensure consistent, auditable, and fast enforcement across these multi-cloud surfaces.
You will be responsible for detecting, reviewing, and acting on misuse across partner platforms where the partner controls the customer relationship and often the data path. This is a deeply cross-functional role requiring coordination with product managers, policy experts, Safeguards engineering, Legal, and trust & safety teams across cloud partners.
Key responsibilities include:

- Defining enforcement paths for each partner's operating model, including how actions are requested, executed, and confirmed
- Managing SLAs for review, escalation, and action, and evaluating ongoing performance
- Developing and maintaining SOPs and escalation guides for all enforcement workflows to ensure consistency across clouds
- Establishing red-teaming and quality processes, and operationalizing shared metrics
- Standing up paired investigations with partner threat intelligence teams, including case referrals, indicator sharing, and incident paging
- Owning enforcement metrics across partner surfaces and reporting to Safeguards leadership, partners, and regulators
Note: This position may expose you to explicit content spanning sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing topics.
Minimum qualifications:
- Extensive experience in trust and safety operations, enforcement, threat intelligence, or related field
- Demonstrated experience managing external partner or vendor relationships where you did not control the other side's systems or priorities
- Ability to work across policy, legal, engineering, and operations teams to translate requirements into practical workflows
- Experience building enforcement programs from the ground up, including SLAs, escalation paths, and quality measurement
- Highly organized with a track record of maintaining rigorous documentation and SOPs in fast-moving environments
- Clear and precise communication skills, both written and verbal, across technical and non-technical audiences including partner executives
- Energized by building scalable systems in ambiguous environments
- Deep commitment to responsible AI deployment and enforcement operations' role in that mission
Preferred qualifications:
- Direct trust & safety, abuse, or security operations experience at AWS, GCP, or Azure, or at companies shipping through their marketplaces
- Experience designing incident response or escalation processes spanning multiple companies
- Familiarity with data access controls, audit requirements, or privacy-constrained review environments
- Experience with law enforcement referrals, regulatory reporting, or compliance programs
- Background in AI safety, content moderation, fraud, or abuse detection systems
- Comfort working with data and metrics to inform operational decisions and surface trends to leadership
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience in a field relevant to the role.
