Agentio is an AI-native marketplace platform transforming how brands buy creator-led ads at scale. The company has raised $56M at a $340M valuation and is backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Named to Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Startups 2025 and Inc.'s Best Places to Work 2026. As Workplace Experience Associate, you will own the day-to-day operations of Agentio's NYC office as the company scales into its next growth phase. This is a build role with no existing playbook—you'll create the standards, systems, and routines that enable the office to grow from current headcount to the next phase. Key responsibilities include: **Office Operations**: Own facilities, security, access, supplies, mail, and vendor relationships. Set operational standards and playbooks. Plan and execute space changes using headcount and utilization data. **Cultural Execution**: Partner with People and functional leads to bring team events, offsites, all-hands, and celebrations to life. Manage daily office experience including food and beverage, kitchen, and gathering spaces. Write clear workplace communications and gather feedback for improvements. **IT & Onboarding**: Own the office side of new-hire onboarding (seating, equipment, badges, access). Provision and manage laptops, peripherals, and office hardware. Provide first-line support for workplace IT (Wi-Fi, conference rooms, printers, AV). Administer workplace tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and building access systems. **Vendors & Budget**: Research, evaluate, and recommend vendors. Negotiate contracts and manage renewals. Manage the workplace budget in partnership with Finance, including forecasting and reporting. **Compliance & Risk**: Ensure office meets health, safety, and building compliance. Build and maintain emergency preparedness and business continuity plans. You'll report to the VP of Finance & Operations and partner directly with the People team and functional leads. The role requires hands-on execution—from managing the budget to stocking snacks, from landlord relationships to fixing the printer. **Requirements**: - 2+ years in office management, workplace operations, facilities, or event planning, ideally at a fast-growing tech company - Demonstrated ability to build something from scratch (process, program, or system) rather than only maintaining existing work - Comfort with technology: can set up a laptop, troubleshoot conference rooms, and learn new admin consoles independently - Fluency with AI tools and eagerness to use them to work faster - Experience managing a budget or negotiating with vendors is a plus; track record of keeping multiple moving parts on schedule is required - Strong judgment and comfort making decisions with incomplete information - Excellent communication and ability to build alignment across leaders and teams - High bar for follow-through and attention to detail - Comfort with ambiguity and changing office footprint - Experience with workplace and IT tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Okta, Brivo or similar) is a plus
