Neko Health is seeking a Workday Integration Specialist to design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and the company's broader systems landscape, including Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Payroll, Absence Management, Finance, and third-party tools. This role sits at the intersection of People Technology and operational systems, ensuring data flows accurately and securely across the platform while extending Workday's native capabilities. In the first 6–12 months, you will design and build Workday integrations using Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday APIs (SOAP/REST). You'll develop and maintain custom reports via Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) to serve downstream systems and stakeholders, and build business processes using Workday Extend to digitize manual or offline workflows. You'll troubleshoot integration failures—including security, permission issues, data mapping errors, and connectivity problems—and manage integration security through ISU setup, OAuth scopes, domain security policies, and API client configuration. You'll partner closely with module teams (HCM, Absence, Compensation) and system owners (Finance, IT, Workforce Management) to gather requirements, maintain comprehensive integration documentation, support data migration validation, and monitor integration health to proactively flag and resolve recurring errors. Minimum qualifications include hands-on experience building Workday integrations using EIB, Connectors, and Studio; working knowledge of Workday RaaS and calculated fields; experience with Workday Extend; understanding of Workday's security model; API integration experience (REST/SOAP) with troubleshooting capability; and comfort working across HR, Finance, and IT stakeholder groups. Nice-to-have skills include experience integrating Workday with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby), payroll systems (ADP), Microsoft Entra, benefits platforms, advanced Studio transformations (XSLT), data migration project experience, and Workday Pro certification in Integrations or Extend. Neko Health is a preventative healthcare company using proprietary technology and clinical care to deliver personalized health insights in a single, non-invasive visit. You'll join at a post-go-live stage of Workday's evolution, meaning your work has immediate visibility and impact without legacy technical debt.
