Tia is transforming women's healthcare by integrating primary care, gynecology, mental health, and wellness across in-person and virtual settings. The company operates a Series D venture-backed model serving over 120,000 women across multiple markets.
You will join the Silver Lake clinic as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in women's health and gynecology. This is not a general primary care role—your primary focus will be independently evaluating and managing a broad range of gynecologic, reproductive health, and sexual health concerns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide preventive and problem-based gynecology care through in-person and virtual visits
- Conduct annual exams, contraception counseling, STI care, cervical cancer screening follow-up, pregnancy confirmation, and pregnancy-options counseling
- Evaluate and manage conditions including PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis, abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, fertility concerns, menopause and perimenopause, sexual wellness, and vaginal/vulvar/urinary symptoms
- Perform physical examinations, specimen collection, testing, and procedures within your training, licensure, credentialing, and Tia's clinical scope
- Determine when concerns can be managed virtually versus requiring in-person evaluation, testing, imaging, specialty referral, or higher level of care
- Address related primary care, preventive, and behavioral health concerns within scope
- Review results, develop care plans, communicate next steps, and coordinate follow-up
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, mental health clinicians, operations, and clinical leadership
- Leverage technology, data, and clinical protocols to support high-quality, evidence-based care
The role offers flexible hybrid scheduling combining virtual and in-person care, with both full-time and 32-hour configurations available. You'll benefit from protected documentation time, AI-supported charting to reduce burden, beautiful clinic facilities, quarterly bonuses, and equity participation. Tia emphasizes a multidisciplinary, technology-enabled care model with ongoing training and development opportunities.

- Significant experience independently managing gynecologic, reproductive health, and sexual health concerns
- Strong clinical judgment regarding which concerns can be safely managed virtually versus requiring in-person evaluation

- Comfort working within a collaborative, technology-enabled care model
