Wise is a global fintech company building technology to move and manage money across borders. The Platform Enterprise Team Lead role is responsible for leading a support team that serves enterprise clients using the Wise Platform.
In this position, you will oversee team performance against KPIs and quality targets, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer support. You will identify and drive performance improvements through effective performance management, maintain high team engagement, and ensure agents have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. Key responsibilities include conducting hiring interviews and making hiring decisions, setting clear job expectations during onboarding, supporting agent goal-setting and career growth through regular 1-1s and bi-yearly performance reviews, and maintaining stakeholder relationships across the organization.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, balancing analytical rigor with collaborative problem-solving. The role requires you to be detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven while managing a team focused on enterprise customer success.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; proactive and outspoken with ability to work across all organizational levels
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing teams, driving engagement, and delivering high performance
- Ability to utilize and analyze data to craft compelling narratives for stakeholder influence
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset, using data, observations, and root cause analysis
- Strong presentation skills with ability to convey information through multiple mediums in engaging, concise manner
- Process-oriented ownership mindset and project management skills
