As a Senior Web Engineer, you will design and build scalable, reliable technology solutions that power seamless user experiences across StockGro's platform. You'll translate product requirements into well-architected components, break down complex projects into manageable tasks, and provide accurate estimates. Your primary tech stack includes React.js, Next.js, GraphQL, Node.js, Docker, and e2e testing frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing components and low-level architecture that are extensible and performant
- Building conversion-focused websites and landing pages, with optimization for speed, scalability, and SEO
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Independently developing multiple solution approaches and evaluating trade-offs
- Experimenting with customer-facing experiences to identify what resonates with users
- Troubleshooting bugs, maintaining, and enhancing existing websites
- Ensuring consistent function and stability across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices
- Researching and implementing the latest design trends and best practices
- Creating low and high-fidelity wireframes before development
