As a Web Developer for the Marketing Site, you will own the frontend across both the core product interface and customer-facing web pages, ensuring a cohesive and polished user experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining the marketing website and product frontend, with a focus on consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Developing CMS infrastructure using Sanity to empower content and marketing teams with self-serve tooling, structured content models, and preview/staging workflows
- Designing content schemas and editing experiences that enable non-engineers to move quickly and confidently
- Partnering with marketing, sales, and operations to implement analytics and experimentation capabilities, turning business goals into shipped, instrumented features
- Supporting localization and internationalization efforts, ensuring multilingual content and translation workflows are first-class
- Owning Core Web Vitals, media optimization, and performance diagnostics (layout shift, lazy-loading, video quality, render timing)
- Championing accessibility standards including semantic markup, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, and WCAG-compliant component design
You should bring strong frontend fundamentals in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, with genuine commitment to performance and accessibility. Marketing and growth fluency is essential—you understand funnels, conversion, SEO, analytics, and A/B testing. Experience with headless CMS platforms (especially Sanity), structured content models, and cross-functional collaboration with designers, content writers, and marketers is required. Bonus skills include localization/i18n experience, analytics and experimentation platform expertise, and third-party service integration experience.
