Glow is transforming enterprise endpoint protection with an agentic-first security platform. The company provides security teams with visibility, context, and autonomous remediation capabilities across endpoints, applications, and AI tools. As a Vulnerability Researcher, you will lead technical security research focused on uncovering how modern AI tools, agents, and enterprise environments can be exploited. This role bridges deep technical investigation with real-world security impact. Key responsibilities include: - Researching vulnerabilities and attack techniques across AI tools, endpoints, browsers, MCP servers, extensions, and enterprise environments - Investigating real-world threats, CVEs, supply-chain attacks, and AI-related security risks - Building proof-of-concepts and demonstrations of new attack paths - Publishing technical research, blog posts, and security content that resonates with the security community - Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to improve Glow's detection and prevention capabilities - Positioning Glow as a leading authority in AI security research - Exploring emerging technologies to identify risks before they become mainstream You bring strong expertise in vulnerability research, offensive security, reverse engineering, or exploit development. You have deep technical curiosity, understand how systems work at a fundamental level, and think creatively from an attacker's perspective. You can independently drive research from conception through publication, with strong English communication and writing skills. Ideal candidates have published research, CVEs, blog posts, or conference talks; experience in AI security, endpoint security, browser security, or cloud security; familiarity with AI tools like Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or MCP servers; and a track record of turning technical findings into high-impact industry content.
