Airvet is a high-growth venture-backed pet telemedicine platform founded in 2018, delivering 24/7 access to licensed veterinarians and pet care providers as an employee benefit. The company serves major employers like Adobe, Manulife, and Coca-Cola, has helped 300,000+ pet families across 7 countries, and maintains a 4.9/5-star rating on the App Store with 90+ NPS from employer clients. You will lead and scale Airvet's strategic partnerships function as VP reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. This is a revenue-owning, team-building leadership role with dual focus on deepening existing partnerships and launching new ones. Key responsibilities include: managing day-to-day and strategic relationships with key partners (Lyra Health, Cariloop, bswift, Workday Wellness); identifying expansion opportunities within existing partnerships through co-marketing, integrations, and bundled offerings; building and managing a pipeline of net-new strategic partners across core channels; structuring and negotiating partnership agreements; owning an annual partnership-sourced revenue target with forecasting and reporting cadence; and building and leading a Strategic Partnerships team with defined structure, roles, and career paths. You will operate at both strategic and tactical levels—managing C-suite partner relationships and deal strategy while maintaining pipeline hygiene and partner enablement. Success in the first 12 months means retaining and expanding existing partnerships, launching new strategic partnerships (including Aight), achieving partnership revenue targets, and establishing a high-performing team operating against a defined playbook. Ideal candidates bring 8–12+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances with direct experience managing enterprise partnerships with carriers, health plans, PEOs, and wellness platforms. You should have a proven track record owning and hitting partnership or channel revenue targets, experience building and leading teams from the ground up, strong commercial negotiation skills, and existing relationships in the wellness, benefits administration, and health plan ecosystems. Familiarity with benefits administration integrations (bswift, Workday) and PEO co-employment models is valued.
