Kaseya, a leading AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software provider backed by Insight Partners, is seeking a VP of Procurement & Supply Chain to build and lead its global supply chain and procurement function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a high-visibility executive role with direct impact on cost structure, scalability, and operational resilience. You will own the end-to-end global supply chain strategy and operating model, including planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment, inventory optimization, demand planning, and warehouse management. Key responsibilities include building and leading the global Procurement function with intake processes, spend controls, category management, and governance across hardware, software, services, and indirect spend. You will personally lead strategic vendor negotiations to maximize value and reduce costs, set and deliver enterprise-wide cost savings targets, and optimize inventory and working capital. Additionally, you will establish vendor KPIs and scorecards to drive supplier accountability, own the procurement and supply chain systems roadmap (ERP, P2P, vendor portals), build an enterprise risk framework to mitigate vendor concentration and logistics disruption, and create executive-grade dashboards and analytics for C-suite decision-making. You will hire, develop, and lead a high-performing global supply chain and procurement organization. The ideal candidate has 15–20+ years in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or operations at the VP or equivalent senior executive level, ideally in technology, hardware-enabled SaaS, or global distribution. You should have proven success building and leading global supply chain and procurement functions in high-growth companies, a track record of delivering material cost savings through strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations, and deep experience with ERP systems, procurement tools, and supply chain analytics. Strong analytical and financial acumen, C-suite-level communication, and executive presence are essential. Experience in private-equity-backed or performance-driven environments and M&A integration experience are strongly preferred.
