6sense is seeking a VP Partnerships & Alliances to build and scale a global partner ecosystem. This executive role owns the complete strategy, operating model, and execution of partnerships across reseller, co-sell, agency, consultancy, systems integration, technology, and data channels.
Key responsibilities include: defining and executing partnerships strategy aligned with company priorities; building end-to-end partner programs covering recruitment, segmentation, onboarding, enablement, certification, and activation; developing high-performing routes to market across multiple partner types; identifying and operationalizing strategic technology and data partnerships; designing the partner organization and recruiting channel leaders; creating partner-facing value propositions, enablement content, and commercial frameworks; and establishing disciplined partner prioritization and performance management.
The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, R&D, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to move complex partnerships from concept through launch and scale.
Key outcomes include: a scalable partner lifecycle improving recruitment and time-to-productivity; clear, differentiated motions across multiple channels; a repeatable model for technology and data monetization; a strong partner leadership bench and operating model designed for scale; faster cross-functional execution on strategic partnerships; and practical enablement programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings executive-level experience building, launching, or materially scaling SaaS partner programs in companies ranging from $100M to $500M ARR. Deep expertise in reseller and co-sell channels, boutique systems integrators, go-to-market consultancies, and revenue technology specialists is essential. Experience developing technology and data partnerships in collaboration with Product and R&D teams, strong commercial judgment in structuring mutually beneficial partnerships, and a strong industry network to attract and develop partner talent are critical.
