Greenplaces is seeking a VP of Product to build and lead the product organization from a lean, high-stakes starting point. You'll own the complete product vision, strategy, and roadmap while serving as the connective tissue between engineering, design, sales, and customer success. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead a team of approximately 12 people, directly managing 2 product team members and overseeing a Director of Engineering. Key responsibilities include: setting product direction informed by customer engagement and market research; owning roadmap sequencing and prioritization across concurrent launches; defining outcome metrics and instrumentation for every launch; owning product marketing, positioning, pricing input, and sales enablement; directly overseeing engineering leadership and holding the team accountable to scope and timelines; leading the discovery process; maintaining current competitive and customer insights; building and coaching the product and engineering organization; and communicating credibly across engineers, executives, the board, and customers. You bring 10+ years of product leadership experience with a track record of taking products from ideation through launch and iteration. You have startup or high-growth scale-up experience (Series A-C, sub-150 to 300 person organizations) in lean, resourced environments. You're comfortable with technical concepts sufficient to manage a strong engineering leader and make informed platform decisions. You have direct experience owning product marketing, positioning, and sales enablement. You've built analytics and success metrics from scratch and used them to drive decisions. B2B SaaS background is required; experience in regulated or compliance-driven categories (GRC, audit, fintech, healthcare) is a strong plus. Experience running discovery, market research, and agile project management is essential. You have a proven track record hiring, growing, and coaching product teams from early stages.
