Reserv is a venture-backed insurtech company (founded 2022, backed by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures) building AI and automation technology to modernize claims processing. The company focuses on automating manual tasks for third-party administrators (TPAs), insurance technology providers, and adjusters.
As VP of General Liability Claims, you will lead Reserv's General Liability claims team, reporting directly to the SVP. You will oversee a team specializing in general liability sector claims across multiple client accounts and drive the strategic direction of the claims organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing claims strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Building effective organizational structure and establishing compliant internal policies and procedures
- Driving operational efficiencies and identifying process improvements
- Leading talent acquisition and development for the claims team
- Ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to provide domain feedback and identify technology improvements
- Designing processes that optimize claim resolution speed and outcomes
