AEVEX seeks a VP of Investor Relations & Treasury to lead external investor communications and internal capital markets operations. This is a strategic C-suite-adjacent role reporting to the CEO and CFO, responsible for shaping and executing the company's investor relations strategy while managing treasury operations, banking relationships, and debt management. Key responsibilities include leading the quarterly earnings process (executive scripts, Q&A prep, investor presentations), serving as primary contact for institutional investors and analysts, and providing strategic counsel on investor sentiment and market trends. The role oversees creation and distribution of investor-facing materials, manages relationships with rating agencies, and coordinates investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences. You will monitor analyst reports and shareholder activity to deliver actionable insights to leadership, maintain the investor relations website, and support M&A and capital markets initiatives. On the treasury side, you will manage banking relationships, debt facilities, covenant compliance, and capital structure execution. You'll advise the executive team and board on capital markets timing and financing alternatives, and support M&A financing, equity/debt offerings, and investor due diligence. The role requires deep knowledge of capital markets, SEC reporting, and disclosure requirements. You must demonstrate exceptional financial analysis and strategic communication skills, translating complex financial information into compelling investor messaging. Leadership competencies include directing the strategic function of the department, developing people and organizational strategy, leading with impact and influence, driving strategic change, and maintaining transparent communication. Required qualifications: ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance (U.S. citizenship required), proven ability to build strong relationships with institutional investors and senior executives, strong executive presence with excellent presentation skills, and familiarity with investor relations software (Ipreo, FactSet, Bloomberg, Nasdaq IR tools). Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business required; MBA or CFA preferred.
