EVERSANA INTOUCH is a global, full-service marketing agency network serving the life sciences industry. This VP, Group Account Director role is responsible for providing senior-level leadership and strategic direction for digital marketing campaigns across a portfolio of clients and brands.
Key responsibilities include: leading and mentoring a team of Account Directors; maintaining and expanding mid-to-senior-level client relationships; overseeing campaign execution, timelines, budgets, and financial performance; developing integrated marketing solutions leveraging research, analytics, and strategic insights; and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams including Project Management, Strategy, Creative, Analytics, Social Media, Design, and Development.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in client services, agency work, digital pharmaceutical marketing, and healthcare-related roles. You should be a subject matter expert in digital, media, and technology marketing for life sciences, with a proven track record of driving revenue through strategic campaigns. This is a fast-paced, agile environment requiring strong leadership capabilities, exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 10+ years of relevant experience; expertise in digital and media marketing for healthcare/pharma; proven ability to lead large teams and cross-functional projects; strong negotiation and contract management skills; creative and analytical thinking; and comfort with rapid decision-making in dynamic environments.
