Bybit, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform serving over 80 million users across 200+ countries, is seeking a VIP Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients in Poland and German-speaking regions.
You will manage client acquisition and relationship development with a portfolio of global VIP clients, including institutional clients and high net-worth individuals. Key responsibilities include providing tailored VIP support and account management for Polish- and German-speaking clients, building and expanding relationships through frequent and sustained communication, and analyzing client behavior to identify unspoken needs. You will also develop customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, track key customer status, and prepare detailed customer analysis reports. Cross-functional collaboration with various departments will be essential to deliver optimal service solutions and experiences.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Existing client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks
- Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges (highly advantageous)
- Prior experience in sales and client services with international financial background in banking, investments, or related fields (preferred)
- Strong communication and written skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines with strong multi-tasking capabilities
- Enthusiasm for the crypto industry with knowledge of latest trends and innovations
- Fluent in Polish and German
