Salary: USD 225,000 - 275,000 / annual

Voyager Space is seeking a Vice President of Space, Defense & National Security Growth to develop and execute growth strategies focused on NASA and U.S. Government customers. This role is responsible for creating and winning recurring business with new and existing customers, driving bookings and revenue growth, and positioning Voyager as a key enabler of NASA initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing near and long-term growth strategies aligned with annual operating plans and strategic objectives; maintaining deep understanding of customer missions, requirements, and capability gaps; building and maintaining relationships with key government customers, vendors, and partners; tracking emerging markets and competitive trends; and proposing solutions including new offerings and strategic partnerships. The VP will empower lines of business and collaborate cross-functionally with technology development, product, finance, marketing, and other stakeholders to drive sustainable long-term growth. This includes fostering an entrepreneurial growth culture, engaging customers on pre-solicitation efforts, managing RFI/RFP responses, and supporting capture, bid, and proposal processes while managing B&P budgets. The role reports to the Executive Vice President of Growth-Business Development and requires extensive experience in NASA enablement, U.S. Government business development, and corporate-level BD activities. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance, with active TS/SCI clearance preferred. Travel up to 50% required.
