LoanVision, a Banyan Software portfolio company, is seeking a Vice President of Product Strategy & Partnerships to lead the product organization for the market-leading loan-level accounting platform serving the mortgage banking industry. This is a strategic leadership role reporting to executive leadership with responsibility for defining long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap while building and managing a high-performing product team.
Key responsibilities include owning the complete product strategy and portfolio, leading product managers and product owners, establishing product management frameworks and governance processes, and driving execution accountability across the organization. You will balance customer needs, market demand, technical feasibility, and business objectives in all product decisions, serving as the executive sponsor for LoanVision's innovation agenda.
The role encompasses strategic partnership leadership, including evaluating build vs. buy vs. partner decisions, identifying and negotiating technology partnerships that expand capabilities, and assessing emerging technologies ahead of market shifts in mortgage banking. You will lead Product Advisory Board initiatives, translate customer needs into strategy, and monitor competitive positioning and industry trends.
You will partner closely with Development, Customer Success, Sales, and executive leadership to translate strategy into shipped product. This includes presenting product strategy and business cases to stakeholders with clarity and conviction, supporting budgeting and resource allocation aligned to growth priorities, and collaborating on strategic planning and investment decisions.
