Checkmarx is seeking a Vice President of Product Marketing to lead the strategic positioning and market narrative for its AI-powered application security platform. Reporting to the CMO, you will own the global messaging architecture for Checkmarx One and drive how the company's agentic application security solutions are positioned in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate the market's evolution towards agentic application security, serving as the primary visionary for Checkmarx's positioning
- Position Checkmarx as the undisputed leader in AppSec, ensuring the platform positioning leads industry narrative, dominates analyst evaluations, and captures executive-level mindshare
- Analyze shifting market demands, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to inform packaging, pricing models, and GTM priorities
- Master key buyer personas and collaborate with global sales leadership to deploy high-velocity sales plays and technical enablement
- Champion an AI-first culture across product marketing workflows, utilizing advanced automation and AI tools to accelerate content generation, scale enablement assets, and optimize growth marketing execution
- Partner with team members to develop, track, and evaluate product launch plans and key campaigns to hit pipeline and growth targets
- Track performance of platform and marketing initiatives, analyze adoption and effectiveness by region, product line, and customer segment, and optimize strategy based on data
- Partner closely across marketing, product management, and sales to ensure cross-functional alignment and consistent messaging
