Salary: USD 251,000 - 293,000 / annual

Ritual is a venture-backed personal health brand specializing in science-backed supplements, known for clinically validated prenatal vitamins and transparent supply chains. The company is expanding into new wellness categories and is seeking a VP of Omnichannel Media to lead a transformational phase of media investment and strategy. In this role, you will own Ritual's complete omnichannel media budget as a single integrated system, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer. You will lead the transition from performance-focused buying to advanced audience strategy and measurement, scaling channels from TV to paid social with rigorous incrementality tracking. Your responsibilities include: **Key Responsibilities:** - Own annual planning, monthly reporting, and in-flight optimization across the full media budget, treating it as one connected system distributed against opportunity and channel economics - Partner with Analytics to lead a continuous testing and measurement roadmap anchored in geo-holdout incrementality, MMM, and audience analysis - Build top-of-funnel demand creation capabilities through TV and awareness channels, using reach, frequency distribution, and audience insights to grow household penetration - Direct performance creative as a capability within omnichannel media, partnering with Product and Brand Marketing to translate complex science into consumer trust - Lead a team of in-house media strategists and buyers, supported by agency partners, into the next phase of automation and scale - Operate as a strong cross-functional partner across Analytics, DTC, Wholesale, Amazon/Marketplaces, and Integrated Marketing in a matrixed environment **Required Qualifications & Experience:** The ideal candidate demonstrates: - Proven experience as a scalable operator who designs processes and structures enabling organizational growth without sacrificing quality or resilience - Track record of making informed decisions with incomplete information, communicating risks and assumptions clearly, and making calculated bets with sharp measurement discipline - Fluency in matrixed environments with ability to build trust across multiple channel leads and functions - Significant people management experience, balancing guidance with autonomy while developing team members into sharper operators and decision-makers - Strong communication skills—both giving specific, behavior-changing feedback and representing the organization externally with agency partners and platform representatives - Experience leading teams through first-of-its-kind shifts (new measurement discipline, new channels, new operating models) while maintaining productivity and momentum - Deep expertise in omnichannel media strategy, performance marketing, and audience-based buying - Familiarity with incrementality testing, MMM, and advanced media measurement methodologies
