MOO is seeking a Vice President of Technology to lead the technology organization through a period of significant modernization and growth. The company, founded in 2004, is a vertically integrated print and merchandise business that designs, manufactures, and sells products to over 500,000 customers globally, primarily SMBs in North America, UK, and Europe. With offices in London (HQ), Boston, Denver, Cape Town, and other locations, MOO has achieved $1bn+ in lifetime revenue and holds the Queen's Award for Enterprise.
As VP of Technology, you will be the most senior technology leader in the business, sitting on the executive team alongside commercial, product, and operations leaders. You will be accountable for the health, performance, and output of the entire technology organization. The role spans the full breadth of the business: from the customer-facing ecommerce platform through checkout and order orchestration, to post-purchase systems and manufacturing floor automation.
Key responsibilities include: leading the modernization of the ecommerce platform and tightening integration with post-purchase and manufacturing systems; raising the bar on how engineering teams build and deliver; growing and retaining talented engineers; making deliberate, well-sequenced technology investments that drive business forward; and representing technology to the board and executive leadership.
The company has momentum and clear direction. This is not a turnaround role, nor a caretaker position. You will raise ambition, pace, and standards by building trust and earning credibility with a team already in motion. The work involves sharpening delivery processes, scaling the engineering organization, and making strategic bets on technology that move the business forward. This is a rare opportunity to lead technology across a vertically integrated operation with real manufacturing and supply-chain complexity alongside consumer-facing digital products.
