CreatorIQ is seeking a Vice President of Sales, EMEA to lead enterprise sales expansion across Europe. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you will build and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, develop regional sales strategy, and drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion within existing enterprise accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, developing, and coaching a team of Enterprise Account Executives with clear expectations, strong coaching practices, and accountability
- Building and executing an EMEA enterprise sales strategy focused on net-new customer acquisition and growth within existing accounts
- Developing a strong, sustainable pipeline with improved forecasting accuracy, visibility, and predictability
- Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and engaging C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
- Owning regional sales performance against quarterly and annual revenue objectives, using data to identify opportunities and risks
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with enterprise customers and prospects as a trusted commercial advisor
- Partnering with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other teams to align go-to-market priorities
- Identifying opportunities to expand CreatorIQ's presence across priority EU markets
- Improving sales practices, talent development, operating discipline, and systems to support sustainable growth
- Sponsoring responsible AI adoption and ensuring AI initiatives deliver business value

Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience with focus on enterprise sales in a SaaS environment
- Proven success leading and developing enterprise sales teams and delivering sustained revenue growth
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and selling to large organizations
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills with ability to engage C-suite executives
- Strategic and commercially focused approach with ability to translate growth priorities into regional sales plans
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, performance measurement, and sales decision-making
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and deep understanding of pipeline management and reporting
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time across EMEA
- Plus: Experience in marketing technology and/or creator/influencer marketing industry; additional European language capabilities (French or Spanish)
